Emerging Terrain | elevate dinner

I am working with architects Ryan Fisher and Andrew Conzett to produce an elevation station for the upcoming Elevate Dinner on June 3rd.  Mark Pluhacek and chef Zeb Rogers will utilize the station to serve locally sourced spit-roasted lamb with local produce.  Here are a couple photos that show one of the materials we will be working with, charred barn wood.

Grey Plume

If you haven't been there yet check it out.  I spent about an hour over at The Grey Plume shooting some images for a story that Omaha Magazine ran in their April/May issue.  The owner and head chef Clayton Chapman has put together a fantastic menu for what Time magazine has called the greenest restaurant in America.  As local and natural as it can get.
